Save As dialog box is full screen

When I go to save a documen, the Save As dialog box is
full screen size, how do you turn this off so it is re-
sizeable?

Wow, trippy. Word and Windows do some weird things, don't
they?

I've never seen this, but check in the lower-right corner
of the screen for a "resizable corner" which has two
diagonal lines. It's *possible* that the dialog has just
been stretched to full-screen size while not being truly
maximized.

Sorry if you've already checked for this.
