Save As dwg or dgn ???

Hi all,

How can I save as desired type, programatically ?
I just want to save a visio (vsd) file as AutoCAD(dwg) and
Microstation(dgn). Is it possible ? SaveAsEx has no flags for this ??!!
I'm using Office XP Pias in VS >NET 2003.
