Save As email message

On Outlook 2002, when you select the File, Save As option
the default type is generally "HTML". I want the default
to be "message". How do you change the default type?

here was my reply;

I don't think you can do that the way you described it as
it is probably hardcoded.

I always drag the mail out of Outlook to my Explorer and
drop it in the right folder. When you do this it is
always saved as msg.
