Save as file formats

Hi,

I have a database in excel but would like to be able to import it into
the Mac OS X address book program. This program only supports the
vCard format or LDAP Interchange Format (LDIF). I looked in Excel and
found that it supports the DIF format but apparently this is not the
same as LDIF so it won't import into Address Book.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get Excel to save in either of
the two above formats so I can import the file into Address Book, or
any other workaround?

Any help would be much appreciated.
