Save As Functionality Greyed out

I recently installed Office 2002 and subsequently
installed Adobe Reader 6.0. After installing Reader 6.0,
I started receiving "Macro Disabled...." error messages
when starting Word. I have not been able to find a
solution to fix....have tried setting Macro Security
to "Low", tried installing SP 2.....nothing is working.
Any suggestions?
