Save As hangs XP Office Apps

I have an office of users on Office XP. One in particular
has a problem in the Office Applications when doing
a "Save As." As soon as you hit the first key for a file
name the system stops responding for approximately 5
minutes or until you repeateded Ctrl-Alt-Del to end the
task. Her computer is running Windows XP Pro as well. The
file server is Server 2000.

I've tried this:

But it didn't change anything. Anyone have any ideas?
