Save as has disappeared

Save as is no longer an option when I click the File drop down on MS
Word 2004. However, it is available when my wife logs onto the same
computer and opens Word. Sounds like it may be a preferences issue? If
so, what
how can I fix it?

Hello Howie,

Choose Tools menu -> Customize -> Customize Toolbars/Menus. Select the
toolbars tab and hit reset.
