Save as in Excel 2002 Never get completed.

I have a file in Excel 2002 that contains charts, formulas, and download from
Access 2002. Every time we try to save the file as, it keeps calculating
cells (on the taskbar) but never reach 100%. We tried that on other two
machines with the same result. I have switched Excel to 'Manual' calculation,
but nothing seems to help. All other Excel files are working fine except for
this one. I have removed many sheets from the file, but still didn't save.
The file original size about 2MB! Any idea why it's doing this?
