Save as JPEG: no margins

Hi.
Using Visio 2003, I saved a drawing as JPEG.
However, I would like to have margins around the shapes.
How can I achieve this?

Draw a rectangle around everything.

Give it no fill.

Set the line transparency to 100%.

Now export to .jpg. You should get your margins!

I have similar problems but would like to know how to get rid of the black
border when saving as a jpg?
