"Save as" locks up Office

[Randy]

Have a user running Office XP on XP. Whenever she tries to do a "save as"
in any Office Application she locks up. Also, when opening file she can't
double-click on it, she must highlight and click open. Otherwise she locks
up again. Have uninstalled and reinstalled both OS and Office. Appears to
be related to her profile. Other users on same PC with different profiles
don't have this problem. Can you repair a profile? Other suggestions???

Yes, she has network drives mapped. But OFFICE is installed locally and she
saves her files locally.

Does she have a network drive mapped?
