Save As Missing in Word 2002

Hi all

I have a user whos Save As button is greyed out. Save works ok. I have done a detect and repair. The user has Save access to the server and local PC. Any ideas?

Grayed Save As often indicates infection by one of any number of macro
viruses. A/V should be updated and run.
