save as pdf pdf/a

When I save as pdf and also check the iso compliant box I get a message "that
file cannot be found" and the pdf is not created. If I don't check the pdf
box the file is saved fine. I am trying to use the iso compliant in order to
assure that all my fonts are embedded in the pdf file.

I have read all the save as pdf posts and don't find anything that addresses
this problem. I also do not find anything about it on the microsoft knowledge
base.
