Save As Problem - Office XP 2002

When doing a "Save As" for any document (excel, word,
etc) takes an extremely long time to choose a "Save In"
folder.

If you have IE's inline autocomplete turned on, then Word may be checking
links to old network drives that you have had connected. Norton AntiVirus
can sometimes slow things down too.
