Save As with Command Line?

I am in the process of upgrading to Office 2007. I have been able to convert
people's Autotext to Building Blocks, but am wondering if I can automate this
in a Batch File.

Currently we have to open Normal11.dot and than Save As AutoText.dotx at
this point it converts and brings over all of the AutoText the person had.

Can I write this in a batch file somehow?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I've been able to write a small VBS script that does this, however it does
not catch the fact that I want it to convert the file to Office 2007, so now
I just need that one part added.

Put the normal11.dot in folder

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
