Save attachment from Outlook 2003 to Novell Share

I'm having a problem with serveral clients.

If I select to save an attachment, a word document for example, from
Outlook 2003 to a Novell share I receive an error message:

"Cannot save to *path* the folder is marked as read only"

But, if I save to the desktop, I can move the document to the Novell
share without error.

I am only recieving this error with Outlook 2003.

Any Suggestions?
