Save Attachments should be available in an open email

The Save Attachment option is only available in Outlook when the e-mail is
closed. If you double-click the email and open it, this option is not
available, it would be more convenient if it was.

Must be a problem in your setup of the UNIDENTIFIED version of Outlook. In
my Outlook 2003, and after opening an e-mail with attachment in its own
window (by double-clicking on the e-mail item), I can either use the File ->
Save Attachments menu or right-click on the attached file in the Attachments
field to use Save As.

Since suggestions are not questions, you didn't ask for help on this

In Outlook 2003, at least on my Outlook 2003, when open, I can right-click an
attachment, and Save As is available there. And there's a Save Attachments
selection under the File menu.

I am currently using Outlook 2007, but had the same problem in 2003 and
previous versions. If an e-mail has more than one attachment. I can only do a
File Save Attachments from the main e-mail listings page. If I actually open
the e-mail and try and save the attachments from there, I can only do that
one by one, not all at once.
