HG,
The rules wizard (Outlook Office 2000) couldn't help me with this:
An incoming message from a specific sender always has an attachment. I want
to auto-save these attachments to a specific folder.
To clearify, this is the actual situation: The sender is a
(multifunction)-faxmachine. Faxmessages are converted to PDF's and forwarded
to a few e-mailadresses within our company.
From one Outlook-adress I want to automate a save as with the PDF's to a
(public) folder. Adding date and time to the name of the files to make them
unique eg 080929_1356<fax>.pdf
Some help would be very welcome.
