Save automatic updates Windows 2000 to disc before format

I am running my computer under Windows 2000.
It has been updated regularly whenever I am on the net.
Now I need to format my disc "C" and I don't want to lose all the updates.
Any help, please....

N.B. What I refer to are Windows updates, not office updates

Then why post in a Office group. Although I believe that you cannot do what you are looking for unless you slipstream the Service packs and upgrades.
Might want to try to post this to the Windows 2000 group.
