Save Changes appears every time

Document is opened and closed without any changes made,
but the dialog still appears "Want to Save your changes".
Gets kind of annoying. How would one fix this?

I tried saving document different ways but to no avail.
Also checked for anything that might trigger a change like
macro, auto-date, or field but none are in this file. It
always asks that annoying message. Somehow the "dirty
flag" is being set automatically.
