Save changes to attachment???

Every time I open an email with an attachment such as wmv, it asks me to save
changes when I have done nothing but open it. All I do is open it, watch the
video, and close out Windows Media Player, then close the email.

How do I stop this?

I just found this same thing posted. Sorry... However, there are no replies.
I am using Outlook 2007, though.
