save changes to opware97?

When I close my Word97, I get the message: Do you want to
save the changes you made to opware97?
What is this and how do I get that message when I actually
make changes to opware97 whatever that is...?

This is probably an add-in of some sort. Check Tools | Templates and Add-ins
to see if "opware97" is loaded. If so, and you have no idea what it is, you
may want to rremove it from Word's Startup folder.

Bingo!
It was in the word startup so I moved it elsewhere and it
works fine now.

I have a suspicion that Opware comes with a utility part of a scanner.
