Save Database for Demonstration

I have an Access XP database which I would like to put onto CD for
demonstration purposes. Is there some form of viewer that would allow me to
display and demonstrate the database on a PC that doesn't have Access, or
that has an older version??

Thanks.

You would need to purchase the "Office XP Developers Edition" and
create a Runtime. It'll fit on a CD (100+ MByte), and includes a
royalty-free version of msaccess.exe which would need to be installed
on the demo computer.

There is no "viewer" for Access databases.

How many records you have in your data table? Depending on your answer you
can view your database in an Excel spreadsheet (less than 65500 records) or
even in a text reader, saving your data as a text file.
