save doc as pic

i want to save an empty letterhead as a picture file so i can make it a
background, any ideas?

background, any ideas?

Use the PrintScreen button on your keyboard. Paste into a graphics
program, "Paint" that comes with Windows if you haven't anything else.
Crop the picture so that it shows just the part you want. Save as a
separate file.
