Save document to a PDF

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I am trying to create a pdf file from Word doc on my Mac v.X (Leopard)

Creating a PDF is a Printing process... File> Print - PDF via the button in
the lower left corner of the Print dialog. Versions prior to 2007/2008 do
not have a Save As option for PDF.
