Save drafts on Server, Not locally

Hi,

I switched from thunderbird to outlook 2003 as the interface for my imap
email account. Because I work off of a number of computers, I want my drafts
to be saved on my IMAP server, not locally. I see in the options that I can
not specify my drafts to be saved anywhere but my local folders.

Tried creating a rule...I was able to do that to specify that my sent
messages should be saved on the server...but it didn't work for my local
drafts folder.

this is driving me NUTS! I am extremely frustrated that Outlook 2003 tries
to save everything locally. Why don't you give us the option/versatility of
deciding for ourselves if we want things stored locally or on a remote
server?

Outlook has no way of knowing that the server even has a drafts folder. It does know, however, that there is a Drafts folder in the default store that Outlook creates to hold its special folders. If you want drafts on the server, you'll need to copy them manually from the local Drafts folder to the desired folder on the server.
