Save emails in a Personal Folder to individual Contacts

I save all my emails into a Personal Folder. I've been adding each individual
email to the specific name in my Contact list.

When I go to Journal entries however, none of the emails are there.

Is there any way, once an email has been received or sent, to have that
specific email appear in my Journal entry for that specific Contact? I
already use the "Options" button to associate an email with a Contact.

I can't leave it in my Inbox, due to space limitations, so I created the
Personal folder, and then I do an "Options" and associate it with a specific
Contact, but I can't seem to view any activities that are in the Personal
Folder, in each specific Contact.
