"save envelope only"

I want to save an envelope only. I do do want to add it to a document. I do
not want to print it from a saved document beucause a size #10 envelope is
wider than a page and the print wizard says the margins are outside of the
pritable area. I do
not want to print a single envelope only because I would have to retype the
same address every time.

Download the set of sample templates from
http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm#AirmailTemplate. You might find
that these do what you want, or you can modify them.

After adding the envelope to a document, proceed as follows:

1. With the insertion point in section 1 (the envelope), go to Page Setup.
Do not change any settings, but click OK.

2. Move the insertion point to section 2 (the "letter"). Press F4. This will
duplicate the Page Setup settings (margins, paper size, page orientation,
etc.) from section 1 to section 2.

3. You can now delete the section break and any empty paragraphs remaining
from the "letter" and save just the envelope.
