Save file to an earlier version

Is it possible to save an MS Project 2002 file down to
earlier versions of Project (98, 2000)? And, can you
open earlier versions in 2002?

The answer is yes and yes!!!

MSP2k2 opens previous verion files but not the other way
around..

To save a file from 2k2 so that MSP98 can read it, save
as, and save type as Microsft Project 98 (*.mpp)
