save form in drafts

Hi,

There is a form that I'm using in one of the public folders. If I open the
form, enter some data, save it, and then re-open it from the drafts folder
It doesn't look like a form anymore (it turns to be a simple mail). This
happen only in outlook2003. In 2000 it works fine.

Please suggest any help.

Sounds like there might be code behind the item causing it to one-off. What
kind of form is it?
