Save Ink Control with a Background to Access Database

I have an Infopath form used by elementary school teachers to assess their
students' reading level. My form has an ink picture. The background of the
ink picture is the actual text that the student is reading. The teacher
makes ink annotations (to indicate any miscalled words). I would like to
save this image to an access database.

I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions.

I am using Infopath 2003 and Access 2003, but I know nothing about Visual
Studio.
