Save me from a macro...

I was about to write a macro to do this, but then I
figured someone could easily tell me how to do this with a
formula

In A1 I have a number (for example, 20).

In range B1:B100, I have integers.

In cell D1, I would like to have a formula which sums only
cells B1:B20. If I change the number in A1 to 15, the
same formula would sum only cells B1:B15.
