Save mutilple pages as separate files?

[Newbie]

Is it possible to save a multiple page document with each page as a separate
file?

I did a mail-merge of member's applications.
Now I want to e-mail each member their application as a file without
including ALL the other member's pages to hunt through. Also, I don't want
to have to delete above and below applications to isolate the one I need and
then save it.
