save my archieved message in a certain folder

Hi,

Is there a way to save my archieved message in a certain folder on my
compute once they are received?
Example:
My Archieve folde ids called 'Pietro' the destination of the folder to which
i want to save the messages is 'O:\XBOX\XBOX-Tier2\Customer Support'

You mean outside a pst-file in an Explorer folder as individual msg-files?
No, there is no native way to do this.

Ok,how to reate a link toeach message through Acces database,i need to open
a message once i click on a button,i tried Outlook>Inbox>~Subject
but it did not work

You can create an Access database that is directly linked with an Outlook
folder and has a 2-way sync. How to open records programmatically from
within Access? Ask in an Access newsgroup.

I've already created a database linked to the Outlook,my problem is that
sometimes i need to open the message from the Outlook itself,so it's so much
difficult to search for the message in the Outlook,i need that once users
clcik on a button,they can open the message itself to view attachments...

Yes, but you want that initiated from within Access, making it an Access
question.
Also it is a developer question as you want to do it programmatically.

You're currently in an end-user Outlook newsgroup which has nothing to do
with either Access or developing. That is why I suggested you should
continue this in an Access newsgroup.
