Save option

I have MS Word 2003. Under File there is a Save As Option, but no Save. I
thought my previous version had both. Is this something new with 2003?

This usually happens when you have a read-only file open. Is this the case?

I discovered that if I hold the cursor on the down arrow of the File menu
long enough, that Save does appear. Thanks, though.
