I assume you mean a separate file.

You would need to copy and past to a new section and then save that as
a .one file.

Hi,

You're right and that's what I thought and/or paste to another program, such
as Word or notepad.

It seems that this application is not part of Office as the file format is
not compatible with other office programs, which makes me less likely to use
the program.
