I'm running Office 2003 on Windows XP. I've successfully used
http://support.microsoft.com/?id+290684 in the past, so when my Outlook 2003
again popped up with the message that I had to re-enter my password for my
Outlook email, I did as it said with the registry editor. This time it did
not work.
Neither did deleting and recreating my email account in Ootlook.
I cannot access my email via Outlook, however I have used the password and
accessed it via the webmail interface provided by Covad, so I know my
password is good. I've even received all of the test messages that I've
created during this little adventure.
Has anyone figured out what is going on with this bug?
