"save picture as" option missing

Re Outlook 2007: Because this option is missing when I try to save a graphic
someone sent me, I right clk the graphic, open Paint or PS, choose SAVE AS
something (jpeg). Works except the graphic now has a sizable white box around
it which I cannot eliminate. Can anybody help me with this?
