Save Preview Picture

In Word 2003 you can save a thumbnail of your document by going to File,
Properties, and selecting the check box Save print preview. I cannot find how
to do this in Word 2007. Does anyone know how?
I really like being able to see the thumbnail as often times files have
similar names and by seeing the preview in the folder I know which documnet
to open.
Thanks

Thanks JoAnn but this solution requires that you open Word first. I think I
found what I was looking for. MS buried it!

In a Word document go to the Microsoft Office Button, select Prepare and
Properties. Now highlight Document Properties and select Advanced. Go to the
Summary tab and select Save print preview.

Now you can see a thumbnail of your document in the Folder without having to
open Word.
