Save/Publish Invidual Projects from within a Master

Let's say I have four projects inserted into a master. Is there an easy way
to selectively save, publish and checkin the individual projects one at a
time by navigating through the master?

Yes and no. If you save the master, the system prompts you to save all of
the subprojects as a batch or to save them individually one at a time. If
you publish a master project, however, the system publishes the master
project and ALL of the subprojects as a batch. Hope this helps.
