Save record as outlook contact

I want to add contacts from my customer database to outlook via the internal
"SaveAsOutlookContact" command. What are the prerequisits regarding
fieldnames/types to use this command via the Runcommand macro instruction? My
customer database at the moment adheres to the naming standard of not using
spaces or punctuations in the field names. However Outlook field names have
spaces and punctuations. Will I have to change the fieldnames.
