By default Outlook allows you to set only 1 place to save your sent messages.
If you make heavy use of folders to file your sent emails (e.g., as a sales
rep might), then you want to be able to save messages in a specific folder.
To do this you must click on options and then hunt for the folder to save the
sent messages to. If you have 40 or 50 nested folders, this is a pain.
You should have an option that if a particular folder is selected on the
left or if you open a previously sent message in a folder and reply/forward
it the default should be to "Save Sent Messages" in that folder.
