"save target as"

How do I get a "Save Target As" an option? it is grey on my pc and I don't
have the choice. Also I want to add letters and sounds to my incredimail.
When I right click a tab it should says "add to Incredimail Style Box". I get
"Add to Anamimation in Incredimail" That takes everything to animation and
they are ALL thumnails not as Background. Do I need to uninstall Incredimail
and redo. It is added on to Office 2003 Outlook. Neat idea but I want to add
more plus midis
