Save the changes?

Hi,

The sign that show up when you close a document has
normaly the text "Do you want to save the shanges?" and
you can than answer "Yes" or "No". This text is't no more.
Insted, out from nowhwere a new and larger sign is popping
up and it have no alternatives! It has the same question
but there are only two "alternatives" "Yes" and "OK".
That meen uou can not close a document whithout saving
changes iven if you vant to.
It's a great problem, What do I do?
