Save to Disk through Print Option

Is there any way to save a file to the disk instead of actually printing it,
while at the same time using the Print command ? Sometimes in Internet, we
get only the Print option and not the save to disk option. At such occasions,
we can actually save the file to the disk while selecting the Print options.

Thanks JoAnn Paules. It really helped.
The 'print to file' options as suggested by Bob resulted in saving the file
with *.prn extension. I could not read this file with Word or Notepad.
Actually I wanted to save the file in Word format. However, your suggestion
gives me the desired solution. Is there any way to save it in Word format ?

When that happens with me, I'll print it to a .pdf driver and save that.

No. I'm a bit confused. What kind of file do you have that you want to print
but not print/save as a Word file?

You have mentioned about the printing to 'pdf driver' resulting in a PDF file
on the disk. In a similar manner, I was wondering if there is anything like
printing to a 'doc driver' which results in a MS WORD document being saved to
a disk. Even if there is no such driver, is there any other way to save in a
MS WORD format through print command. This is required in the case of some
internet sites which do not allow the screen contents to be saved but
allowing them be printed.

No, no doc drivers. Why won't a .pdf file work? It gets you the data you
need.
