Save user info from web PPT pres

I want to keep track of who completes viewing the
PowerPoint training presentation on the web. Can I
create a form in ppt like in Excel that would translate
when I save to html? Can I save that user input in an
Access database? Or should I create something in html or
asp before starting the pres. Thanks in advance for your
help! P.S. I am an absolute novice but am having fun
learning from all the advice and code snippets posted
here.

Hi,

A novice? You almost lost me after the first question <g>.

Can you do it in html or asp? I am thinking along the lines of someone
logging in with their name and email address, and that is sent to a webpage
or database with a form control. Then they get access to the training page.
