Save Visio 2002 as Visio 2000?

Can you save a Visio 2002 drawing as a Visio 200 drawing?
I converted an Autocad Drawing to Visio 2002 and I need
to send it to someone who only has 2000.

No, but you can save it as a visio 5 file, which can be
read by visio 2000

File /save as / and under type select visio 5 drawing,
instead of drawing

The file format for Visio 2002 is the same as Visio 2000. So the other
person should be able to read your Visio 2002 drawing with Visio 2000.
