Save Visio 2003 doc as Visio 2002 doc?

My boss has Visio 2002, I have Visio 2003. He wants me to save my doc in a format he can edit. With Adobe Illustrator 10, I can 'save as' a down-rev file, AI9, AI8, etc. Is this not possible with MS products?

yes you can save a v2003 as a v2002.
