Save word doc on form

Hi, is there a way to save a word doc on a form in a control in a way that
the word application doesn't have to be recalled everytime the form starts to
redisplay the doc.


Also I need to be able to do this programmatically.

something like create or copy form from a template with the control on the
page.

Then set the control source to a certain path of the word document. Then
save the form.

So that the next time I open the form it loads instantly (currently it takes
about 3 seconds to process).
