Save Workspace as Template error

Hi all,

I'm customizing a Project Work Space (WSS 2.0)...

when I try to save it as a Template, I'm getting an error:

"The Specified Gallery is not available for this web site collections"


what does it means???

maybe a problem with the permissions???
