We have a word form that's a word .doc
I want people to be able to open the .doc file and have the email
address/subject already prefilled.
And when they send it - it should be sent as an attachment rather than text
in the message body.
I know if you initialize the "mail to a recipient" option and then prefill
things and save it, it opens up again prefilled with all the email info - the
only problem is it emails it as text in the message body. and i want it to
be as an attachment.
i've looked at routing slip, but its more difficult for the user to change
the email recipients with the routing slip function.
Anyone have any ideas?
